About Me

Hi, I’m Madison Steele, LCSW

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Texas and an EMDR-trained trauma therapist. I work with adults who are ready to understand their trauma, heal attachment wounds, and build healthier relationships — starting with the relationship they have with themselves.

I believe symptoms are adaptations.
Anxiety, addiction, emotional shutdown, people-pleasing are responses that once helped you survive.

In our work together, we approach these parts with curiosity instead of shame.

My Philosophy

At the heart of my practice is this belief:

We are wired for connection.

When early relationships were inconsistent, overwhelming, or unsafe, our nervous system adapts. Trauma lives not just in memory, but in the body.

Through secure therapeutic relationship, EMDR, and nervous system regulation, healing becomes possible.
